The hotel has excellent customer service: at the reception, in the restaurant, cleaning team. Wonderful breakfast buffet! Nice spa treatments. Comfortable room! A wide bed, excellent climate control, a lot of different utensils, there are even several types of tea. Two bottles of water (as soon as you drink them, new ones are added). In the closet there is an iron and ironing board, a lot of hangers, a large umbrella, slippers. There is a safebox and refrigerator. There are many different light sources in the room. The bathroom has bathrobes, a hair dryer, a variety of personal hygiene items, including toothpaste and a brush. The room is cleaned daily.

Needed transport to most places we visited due to the terrible state of the footpaths near Sens. Breakfast and room were excellent.

It was exactly what the pictures visually described and more; we had an exceptional stay here. The room was very modern and incredibly clean (the staff cleaned the rooms daily), no insects, we were given really nice welcome drinks and cake, the bed was the comfiest we've slept in during our time in Bali, they had little extras like bathrobes and toiletries which was a lovely touch and lots of plug sockets. The key cards are also a great feature, the coffee in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful. It's a lovely place to get away from the hustle of Ubud and relax. All in all, it's really good money for the service and accommodation you get (it feels luxurious), oh, and definitely check out the spa! The best one we've been to yet.

* excellent location in ubud close to all activities and restaurants. You can't go wrong with the location for families, couples, and even traveling solo. * excellent staff. Friendly and always smiling and so respectful. * Hotel and room are so clean!!! Like so clean 👌🏾 * restaurants in the hotel is really nice and the food is quite good. The breakfast buffet is amazing!!! * spa is on point! Need to get a massage it's the best. Honestly, it's a 11/10 in my book You can't go wrong with this hotel. You won't have any regrets. If you are traveling to this is the place.

Room was clean and comfortable, toiletries were provided and we would get a new bottle of water each day. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful - they lent us a measuring device to weigh our luggage, prepared a breakfast box for us to bring along to Mt Batur. The breakfast also had a good selection of food - a mix of rice/noodles/porridge with dishes, bread with pastries, fruits, pancakes/waffles/egg puffs, balinese desserts etc. The hotel was also in a good location, just a short walk down to the main road and with lots of food options nearby.

Located well within walking distance to central Ubud and we liked the general layout of the hotel. Very clean, comfortable with luxury touches, every small detail thought of. Breakfast was varied and all tastes well catered for and table attendants welcoming and attentive. All staff offered such kindness, upon arrival a welcoming refreshment which made us feel very special, also very relaxed.

The staff at the restaurant was very nice. The location was convenient and the road had many good restaurants and great coffee. The roads are busy and crowded though. You could walk easily to the Art Market which was fun. The room was comfortable. They welcome you with tea and cake and the lobby is nice.

International outlets were convenient, great reliable wifi sufficient for work videoconferencing, got a free room upgrade as well. Free bottled drinking water (except at dinner, where they charge for drinks). Clean linens not musty at all, no bugs. Staff was excellent, spa lovely, location not too far a walk (10-15min) from Ubud art market and temple. Breakfast and dinner had lots of delicious selection.
